Sometimes You need a day. A good for the soul day. A do whatever you want and relax day. I find calm in exploring. This weekend I packed up the gear and headed to the lakeshore for just that. The snow was starting to melt and signs of spring were starting to show. I was worried I wouldnt get to see some of the great ice that has been forming all winter, but it was really the perfect day to have taken this adventure. It was warm enough to explore, and the little bits of melting that were present made it really beautiful. It was a perfect Michigan adventure day.
